How you pay is changing

Remember to have your card with you when you’re paying online.

Why can’t you use your saved details?

While we make improvements to our payment services you won’t be able to use any card details you’ve already saved to your account. From mid-December for the next three months you’ll need to tap in your credit or debit card details each time you make a payment.

What’s going to happen to my card details?

Any information we currently hold for any credit or debit cards you've previously saved with us will be deleted as part of the upgrade. You will be able to save your cards again once it is complete in early 2021.

Good things come to those that wait - once our changes are complete, your payment details will be more secure than ever. We’ll also make your life easier by unlocking new payment options like Google Pay so you can checkout even faster.

Thanks for your understanding.

Protecting you from fraud

These new regulations are designed to protect you when you're making purchases online.

Be ready

Make sure that your contact details are up to date with the bank.

Quick and simple

Your payments to us will still be quick and simple, even with these changes.
